RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Overview At ROSE STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Period You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) (including Spain and France): you have a minimum of 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase for any reason, in accordance with European consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Return Conditions For a return to be accepted, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The return address will be provided once the request is approved.

Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to a10 business days to the original payment method. Times may vary depending on your location and payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that time, the order may already be in process with our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
